For those who don't know (and you all should know, because it's so awesome!) it's been 3 months, 3 weeks, and 6 days since I quit smoking!

I also went out on my bike yesterday in the fabulous spring weather and rode almost 14 miles! I was great, you shouldda seen me!

Today, of course, it's pouring rain. Gotta have at least a little spring flooding around here (usually in the Salem, NH area) to keep things interesting.
