There is no identifying information on the box from the spinning wheel pencil sharpener. It just says, oh so helpfully, Die-Cast Miniature Pencil Sharpener, Antique Finish, with a picture. Upon searching the web, I found one site that has them listed (http://www.endofthecommons.com/pen-oldtime.html - almost to the bottom of the page) and one that lists a bunch of sharpener companies/dealers/etc (http://pencilsharpener.start4all.com/).
