They're here!
My friend Pam and I braved horrible traffic today to go to Connecticut to pick up my boys. Traffic wasn't much better on the way back, and what should have been a 3-1/2 to 4 hour round trip took us most of the day. We all made it back together, though! Many, many thanks to Mark and Debbie Russell of Balfour Farm for my new fiber buddies! Here they are, settling into their new home.
The Russells generously included the fleeces from this year's shearing, and Mark even threw in an entire white suri fleece! Pam's reward for working so hard to help me get them home was one of the fleeces. I hope she enjoys spinning it!
